If we made a mistake or the mug arrives broken, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Please send us photos of the mistake or condition (mug & packaging) if broken for insurance claims, etc. We will do our best to send you a replacement within 48 hours.

Sometimes the tracking number shows your package was delivered but you haven’t received it. Please give it 24 hours or contact your local Postal Office.
