CAN YOU PERSONALIZE OR CUSTOMIZE SHOP ITEMS?

Yes, we love to customize items! We can change any font or color combination. We can add names, dates, etc. Please contact us so we can work with you creating your vision. Once the design and cost is approved, we will create a special listing for you.

 

MUG INFORMATION & CARE INSTRUCTIONS:

Cup designs will be printed in both sides, unless a design wraps around cup. The design is transferred to the cup using a process with a professional heat press. Mugs are ceramic. They are microwave & dishwasher safe (top rack only).

 

TUMBLERS & GLASS INFORMATION & CARE INSTRUCTIONS:

On plastic tumblers and some glass we use permanent sign vinyl. This makes these items hand was only. Do not scrub, soak, or wash these items on the dishwasher. These items can't be used in the microwave. Soaking, heat from the microwave or dishwasher will damage the items and will release the vinyl adhesive. If the glass is etched, it is dishwasher safe on the top rack.
**Our plastic tumblers are BPA free.

 

CHARCUTERIE BOARDS INFORMATION & CARE INSTRUCTIONS:

The recipe and charcuterie boards are made of natural wood. The wood grain and color might vary from what you see on the listings. After use, remove all the food and wipe. Place a tiny bit of soap on a wet dish cloth and wipe the board. Run it under hot water to rinse, then towel dry. Once your board is clean and dry, rub both sides with some food-grade mineral oil on a soft cloth or paper towel. Let it soak in for at least a few hours, but ideally overnight. Rub off any excess before storing it or using it again. Long term, you can slightly sand your board, rinse, and rub it with food-grade mineral oil as noted above.

 

GIFT WRAPPING AND PACKAGING:

Gift wrapping is not available, but all our items come ready set on a box or a bag for gifting. We will be happy to include a note in your behalf. Please leave us a note in the designated area during checkout.

 

CANCELLATIONS:

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. 

 

SHIPPING ADDRESS:

Please make sure that the shipping address is correct on your order. If the address is incorrect please contact us ASAP. We can only change your address if we haven't shipped it. Once the item ships, we can't change addresses and can't be held responsible for items not received or delivered to a different location.

We've never had this problem (knock on wood), but if your package is returned back to us, you are responsible for the additional charges to re-ship the package.

Sometimes the tracking number shows your package was delivered but you haven’t received it. Please give it 24 hours or contact your local Postal Office.

  

RETURNS & EXCHANGES:

Most of our items are personalized. We don't accept returns or exchange items. If there is something wrong with your item, please contact us within 10 days of the delivery date.
